Warranty
APDURO provides a one-year warranty and a 30-day return policy on all APDURO products.
To make a warranty claim, please reach out to us with your name and order number.
APDURO Limited Warranty
APDURO products come with a Limited Warranty that covers normal use by the original purchaser of the specific APDURO product.
APDURO warrants to the original purchaser that this APDURO product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply if the product is used by multiple persons other than the original purchaser.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for this APDURO product and replaces all other warranties (express or implied), including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The exclusive remedies available to the original purchaser for any defects in materials or workmanship are, at APDURO’s sole discretion:

A refund of the purchase price, or

Repair or replacement of the defective APDURO product, provided it is returned to APDURO in secure packaging.
APDURO reserves the right to replace discontinued products with items of equal value.
APDURO is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from the use of this product or any defect. APDURO is also not liable to the original purchaser or any other party for any general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind.
The repair, replacement, or refund described above constitutes APDURO’s only liability to the original purchaser, regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.
Some countries or states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages stated here, in which case the above restrictions may not apply.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or province.
If a product is used in a manner that violates the terms of this limited warranty, APDURO may repair the product and charge the purchaser for the cost of materials and labor.
